Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a NICU contract position requiring an active TX or compact RN license and 1 year of recent NICU experience.

Details

• Work in the Neonatal ICU (NICU) department of a hospital setting
• 13-week contract assignment
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification, Advanced 9th Edition, from the American Academy of Pediatrics
• Minimum 1 year of recent NICU experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
