Assembler - Manufacturing

Decision-making & autonomy:
High - independently makes operational decisions within delegated limits (process settings, changeovers, routine corrective actions, headcount adjustments, daily plans, team work plans, immediate corrective actions) and prioritizes area activities with limited supervision.
Directly accountable area efficiency with measurable impact on productivity and compliance. Leads team that operates wide range of tools and/or equipment, requiring high degree of complexity, dexterity and/or accuracy. Influence:
Strong - manages assigned area and leads a team, local process improvements and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders. Resources & compliance:
Responsible for assigned area, tooling and basic maintenance activities; maintains compliance and operations records to support audits and regulatory requirements. Working conditions:
Operations environment with potential exposure to machinery and noise. Work may involve standing/sitting for long hours, bending and handling materials, including lifting. Shift work, occasional weekends and overtime may be required. Education required:
High School or above (site-specific requirements may apply) Work experience:
5 or more years manufacturing of hands-on operations experience with demonstrable competence in communication / coordination / training. (site-specific requirements may apply). Certifications:
