Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Cook you will be responsible for the overall food preparation for patients and preparing all grilled items in the cafeteria.

You will be responsible for monitoring cafeteria food for accuracy, performs taste testing of foods and temperature logging

Qualifications:

• Current Riverside Food Handler's card
• One-year experience in food and nutrition services required, prefer in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated familiarity with various, therapeutic diet
• High school diploma or equivalent

We are in the heart of the Inland Empire and house the largest Emergency Room and Level I Trauma Center in the region and are one of Riverside County's only STEMI (heart attack) receiving centers.
