Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, supervising care staff, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with unit standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active BLS certification prior to first shift; ACLS certification required prior to first shift (CIRH only); minimum two years of bedside clinical experience highly desired.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, develops individualized care plans, participates in patient rehabilitation programs, and initiates discharge planning. Provides patient education, ensures effective communication among care team members, delegates tasks appropriately, and maintains safety standards. Assumes charge responsibility after orientation and actively pursues ongoing professional development.
