We CARE for our patients like they are our own FAMILY.ScheduleMonday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide I (HHA) to provide personal care and support to patients in the comfort of their homes. The HHA works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Supervising Therapist and helps patients maintain their safety, comfort, and independence.ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with bathing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and other personal care needsAssist with lifting, transferring, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercisesHelp maintain a safe and healthy home environmentObserve and report changes in the patient's condition or living environmentBuild positive relationships with patients, families, and care team membersComplete required documentation accurately and on timeCommunicate schedule or availability changes to the appropriate team memberFollow agency policies, state scope of practice, and applicable regulationsComplete required annual in-service trainingTravel to patients' homes for scheduled visitsQualificationsAt least 1 year of nurse aide experience in a hospital, nursing home, home care, or private setting under RN supervisionSTNA certification or completion of a 75-hour nurse aide training program (CNA)Successful completion of a skills competency test with a score of 80% or higherCompassionate, patient, and dependable approach to patient careStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow directions and work independentlyDetail-oriented and observantAbility to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting, transferring, and bathing dependent patientsValid driver's license and auto insurance with your name listed as a driverEducation & CredentialsHigh school diploma or equivalentCurrent STNA or CNA credential, as applicableMake a difference by providing compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in their homes.
