Position Description

PLANNER SCHEDULER

To prepare and update project to incorporate feedback from disciplines and produce appropriate control reports to suit the project requirements.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• To respond to the requirements of the project under the direction of the Project Manager.
• To prepare and update the schedule using Primevera P-6 Software in accordance with the strategic requirements of the project.
• To incorporate interface requirements between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning as appropriate into project programs.
• To attend regular progress meetings.
• To collect and/or update information, checking it's accuracy where necessary and incorporating it into programs. To analyze feedback from the Project Manager and Superintendent and update programs, highlighting adverse situations and seeking possible solutions.
• To prepare planning information for reports.
• To incorporate changes to the scope of work into programs and progress curves.

• To establish effective working relationships with appropriate project staff to assist in provision of timely and accurate program, interface and update information.

Position Requirements

Must Have at least 5 years of working knowledge and experience using Primevera P-6 scheduling software.
