Position Overview

Deliver one-on-one physical therapy services in patients' homes

Manage your own schedule with flexible weekly planning

Evaluate patients, complete start-of-care visits, reassessments, and discharges

Zoned territories help minimize travel time

Stable patient census with strong long-term earning potential

Compensation

$55-$65 Per Unit

Guaranteed Minimum Of 24 Units Per Week

Most Physical Therapists Average 30-35 Units Weekly

No Structured Call Requirements

Role

Perform comprehensive home health physical therapy evaluations

Complete start-of-care assessments, reassessments, and discharge visits

Develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services in the home

Maintain accurate clinical documentation using WellSky/Kinser EMR
