Press Operators and Finishers Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.27 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

We are seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals for temporary Press Operator and Finisher positions. You will be instrumental in the production process, operating presses precisely according to instructions and engineering specifications. This includes accurate positioning of glass, careful resin mixing, and executing pour patterns. You will also be responsible for performing essential finishing duties as needed and completing all necessary production paperwork with accuracy.

Physical Requirements: This role demands physical stamina. Candidates must be able to frequently lift items weighing 5 to 40 pounds, with a consistent requirement for repetitive lifting of 25 pounds throughout the shift.

Work Environment & Dress Code: Work takes place in a dynamic warehouse environment. For safety and comfort, a dress code of T-shirts, jeans, and non-slip shoes is required.

Required Skills:  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Press Operators and Finishers Qualifications:

The job requires knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma.

Skills as a molding finisher preferred but not required

-Ask are you able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.

-Ask if they have had any experience with working with fiberglass 

-Ask if they have a high school diploma 

-Ask if they have ever worked in a molding shop

-Ask if they can pass a drug test 

-Ask if they can pass a background
