IMMEDIATE HIRE – Welders & Pipe Fitters | Pell City, AL | Start ASAP!

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is actively hiring experienced Welders and Pipe Fitters for an immediate opening in the Pell City, AL area. We are interviewing TODAY (5/13) through Friday (5/15) and giving priority consideration to candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.

Position Details

• Pay: $20–$25/hour DOE
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Start Date: ASAP / Immediate openings available
• Location: Pell City, AL

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, and weld metal components using proper welding and fabrication equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, and measurements accurately
• Operate welding machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality standards and ensure precision workmanship
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and production teams to meet deadlines and production goals

Qualifications

• Previous welding, pipe fitting, or fabrication experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and use welding/fabrication tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• AWS Welding Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• High School Diploma or GED required
