Join Our Caring CommunityThe Concierge greets and provides support and resource information on our organization, facility and area to patients, families and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. The Concierge performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. You will report to the Center Administrator.The Concierge welcomes patients to the center in a warm and friendly manner, will take patient information and put names on a waiting list, cleans and organizes the waiting area and restrooms, and interacts with patients as they leave to ensure a positive overall experience. Provide assistance and directions. May provide tours. May serve as a resource to staff who need assistance. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.Use Your Skills to Make an ImpactRequired QualificationsMust be bilingual in English and Spanish1+ years experience as a Concierge, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant or Customer ServiceMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and careExcellent customer service and phone etiquetteCollaborative team player with a positive, professional attitudeAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and AccessPreferred QualificationsValue-based care model experienceWork Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00Location: Onsite in Miami, FLAlert: Humana values personal identity protection.
