Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized therapy interventions following each patient's PT plan of care
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment to support care decisions
• Empower patients through education and customized home exercise programs
• Communicate clearly with supervising PTs to keep everyone aligned on patient status
• Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Iowa PTA license (or ability to obtain before start)
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in delivering physical therapy interventions
• Proficient in accurate and timely documentation
• Knowledgeable in patient education and home exercise programs
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with patients and care teams
• Solid understanding of infection control and safety protocols
