Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sacramento. In this vital role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans that foster meaningful progress in communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Behavioral Assessments & Plans: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Program Oversight & Implementation: Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct care staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plans and high standards of care.
• Progress Monitoring: Track, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to continuously refine intervention strategies and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization across home and community environments.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with families, educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, client-centered care.
• Compliance & Ethics: Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and billing records in full alignment with state regulatory standards and BACB ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Licensure: CA State Licensure/Registration as required.
• Experience: Proven experience working with children and young adults on the autism spectrum and with other developmental disabilities.

• • Strong expertise in conducting FBAs and writing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Clearances: Successful completion of background checks and required health screenings.
