Maintenance Technician

Maintain all plant systems, including facilities, unloading, processing, packing, and warehouse operations Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems Troubleshoot electrical control systems, including motors and PLCs Use multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators Repair gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipment Maintain wastewater systems, boiler operations, cooling towers, and general building needs Complete predictive maintenance, including vibration analysis and oil sample collection Promote machine reliability and process improvements while working safely Requirements High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR vocational certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechatronics OR completed 2-year technical degree Must be willing to work nights and weekends This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on predictive maintenance and process improvements. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and ensuring machine reliability in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
