Role Description The Private Executive Chef is a full-time, on-site role based in Henderson, NV, responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality, health-conscious meals for Criss Angel and designated guests or family members. The chef will design customized menus that align with nutritional goals, dietary restrictions, and performance schedules, while sourcing and selecting premium ingredients from trusted vendors. Day-to-day tasks include meal prep and service, kitchen organization, inventory and cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. The role involves coordinating meal timing with a dynamic schedule, supporting special events and private gatherings. The chef will work closely with personal and household staff, maintain strict confidentiality, and provide a consistently exceptional culinary experience in a private, high-profile household setting. Qualifications Extensive experience as a private, executive, or personal chef, preferably in high-profile or luxury household environments. Strong culinary expertise in healthy, performance-oriented, and specialized diets Proven ability to design seasonally inspired menus, incorporating fresh, high-quality ingredients and varied cuisines. Excellent kitchen management skills, including inventory control, vendor relations, budgeting, and cost-conscious purchasing. Thorough knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and compliance with local health regulations. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on performance and event needs. Strong time-management, organization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, changing environment. Professional demeanor, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times. Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with household, security, and production staff. Culinary school training or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications (e.g., ServSafe) are a plus.
