Collections Specialist: 60-Day Collector (On-site Dallas)

Westlake Financial is seeking a 60-Day Collector in Dallas, TX to help reduce delinquencies and protect our portfolio. You'll engage with customers 31–60 days past due, negotiating payment plans and aiming to meet daily and monthly goals in a fast-paced, compliant environment. Compensation starts at $19.50 per hour with monthly performance bonuses up to $4,800, plus tiered retention bonuses of $500 at 3 and 6 months.
