About the Role:

Join The Learning Tree as a Full-Time Co-Lead Toddler Teacher, where you'll play a vital role in nurturing young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are seeking passionate early childhood educators who are excited to inspire and support one years old children as they explore and learn through play.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your co-lead teacher to create a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff to create a strong community.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and educational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
• Support children in developing independence and self-regulation skills.

Requirements:

• EDU119 or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience working with toddlers in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Creative and resourceful approach to teaching and problem-solving.
• Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
