SIGN PRODUCTION HELPER

THE ROLE

LD Signs is hiring a dependable, detail-minded Sign Production Helper to support work in our Baytown production shop. This is a full-time, in-person, hands-on role. Previous sign-production experience is not required. The right person shows up consistently, works safely, follows instructions, asks questions when something is unclear, and cares about the quality of what goes out the door.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Handle and prepare materials for printing, cutting, routing, and engraving. Weed and mask vinyl. Assist printer, router, and engraver operators. Pack, crate, label, and prepare finished signs for pickup, delivery, or shipping. Help keep the shop, tools, equipment, and materials clean, organized, and safe. Report unclear instructions, material shortages, equipment concerns, and quality problems promptly. Work with production and client service to help keep orders accurate and moving.

WHAT YOU BRING

Dependability and consistent attendance. Attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions when instructions are unclear. A safety-minded, team-oriented approach. Willingness to learn unfamiliar materials, equipment, and production processes. The ability to read and follow written work instructions.
