Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Deliver individual therapy sessions through telehealth, employing evidence-based methods tailored to meet each client's specific needs.
\n
• Monitor client progress toward established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and on time to comply with ethical and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay current with the latest practices and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will predominantly work with adolescents and young adults, providing them with focused therapeutic support that addresses their unique challenges and aspirations. Your role will be instrumental in fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness among diverse client backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possess active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.
\n
• Demonstrate experience in conducting telehealth therapy sessions effectively.
\n
• Exhibit exceptional proficiency in utilizing technology, including EHRs and the Google suite, for efficient practice management.

• Show a commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor and confidentiality in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Experience with specific therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar evidence-based practices.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients in a warm and empathetic manner.

• Comfortable working independently from home, equipped with a reliable internet connection and a private space for client sessions.
