Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff. Support patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive atmosphere. Requirements Active CNA certification in Oregon. Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care. Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
