The ideal candidate will partner with operational leaders at all levels of the organization to support the achievement of company goals and objectives across a geographic region.The HRBP is responsible for proactive talent planning, acquisition, and management alongside their business partners, including employee relations and policy and program administration. They will also participate in various projects as needed to support ongoing organizational development, training, and other growth initiatives.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProvides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of talent management activities and initiatives including employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management, and organizational alignmentConducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future skill needs and works with recruiting resources to design talent acquisition strategies to meet those needsLeads talent acquisition for assigned region, in collaboration with the hiring manager and recruiting resources. Participates in the screening and interviewing process. Makes referrals to the hiring manager and resolves screening issues. Handles compensation negotiationsActively participates in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, college relations programs, general networking, etc. to ensure a robust candidate pipeline, as needed. Champions the employee referral programWorks collaboratively with Recruiters and onboarding staff to ensure efficient and effective hiring and onboarding activitiesAnalyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop proactive talent acquisition and talent management solutionsSupports employee development programs including performance management, training, and continuing education program adoptionSupports the HR Operations Team in the administration of benefits and total rewards programs, working collaboratively with management and HR for effectiveness in program adoptionActively support new company integration activities in the region including employee onboarding, key talent identification, internal communications and other talent development and retention initiativesAll other duties assignedACCOUNTABILITIESOrganizational health metrics, as identifiedEmployee staffing, development and retentionEmployee program adoptionManager effectivenessORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENTThis position reports directly to the CHROQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related discipline, or equivalent years of experience in an HRBP roleAt least 5-7 years of human resources generalist or HRBP experience in a multi-site support environment, preferredExperience in the mechanical services or critical systems industries such as HVAC, elevators, security, data centers, preferred.HR operations and talent acquisition experience, a plusPrevious high-growth company experience, a plusHighly organized, effective prioritization skillsProven acuity in MS Office suite/Teams, HRIS platform/database management experience, ATS platform experienceFoundational knowledge of HR principles and practices, employment law & multi-state compliance requirementsAbility to travel frequently to multiple sites, up to 50% via automobile and air, required. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR and background screen at time of hire and annually.BEHAVIORAL PROFILERelational – Approachable.
