Universal Care Partner Position, Mustard Seed Village

Caregivers Wanted! Join our team here at The Mustard Seed Village! Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors? Our Assisted Living Community is seeking dedicated Caregivers (HCAs/CNAs/) to join our team. 

We are a 30 bed community (small but family oriented). 20 of our beds are Assisted and our Memory Care Program is 10 beds. 

Staffing Ratios: 

3 caregivers for 20 AL

2 caregivers for 10 MC

Qualifications Include:

HCA/CNA

Food Handler’s Card

CPR/First Aid Certification

Dementia and Mental Health Certs (we can help you obtain these if you do not have them)

Starting Pay: $22

Location: 9115 154th CT NW, Lakebay, WA
