Automotive Sales Consultant
Chris Auffenberg Ford in Washington MO is seeking a full-time experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join its team in selling new and used cars and light trucks.
Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive base salary plus commission. Benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and company discounts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Identify customer needs, wants and buying habits
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers
- Ensure customer paperwork is complete, accurate, and properly processed
- Utilize customer follow-up systems to foster excellent relationships
- Close sales in a timely and efficient manner
- Ask for referrals and assist in schedule follow-ups
- Thank customers for their business
Requirements:
- Proven track record of automotive sales experience
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of automotive industry trends
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies
- Valid driver’s license
