Senior Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a senior litigation associate with over three years of experience to join their Mandeville, LA office. The role involves managing a sophisticated and high-volume litigation docket, covering areas such as general liability, personal injury, wrongful death, construction defect, premises liability, trucking and commercial transportation, class action, toxic tort, and maritime cases. Duties Manage complex litigation cases from inception to resolution. Take ownership of a diverse range of legal matters. Conduct and defend depositions effectively. Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development. Demonstrate sound judgment with minimal oversight. Requirements Over three years of litigation experience. Significant law and motion experience. Trial experience is a plus. Experience in mentoring and team development preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Louisiana. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
