AWS Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer / Data Analyst with 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, SQL, AWS Redshift, PL/SQL, and ETL processes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, develop data solutions, optimize ETL workflows, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with AWS Redshift, SQL, PL/SQL, data integration, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs . Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while ensuring alignment with telecom industry processes. Perform advanced data analysis using AWS Redshift and SQL to generate actionable business insights. Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows for efficient data integration and transformation. Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business and operational performance. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy. Troubleshoot data and ETL-related issues and provide effective resolutions. Support data integration, transformation, and reporting initiatives. Document technical solutions, data processes, and business requirements. Required Skills 5–8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related role. Strong hands-on experience with AWS Redshift . Strong SQL development and data analysis skills. Strong experience with PL/SQL . Experience designing and optimizing ETL workflows . Experience with data integration and transformation. Strong business requirements gathering and analysis skills. Experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience in the Telecom industry . Experience with AWS data services. Experience with BI/reporting tools. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. Experience working with large-scale datasets and performance optimization.
