About the Position

TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A Driver to support local delivery operations for our client in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This dedicated, on-site position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

Pay: $25 per hour
Overtime: Available after 40 hours
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays
Dispatch window: Between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Home time: Home daily

Job Details

Route type: Local delivery routes throughout North Carolina and South Carolina
Freight: Mail
Stops: Typically 1–2 stops per route
Equipment: Automatic-transmission tractor-trailer
Handling: Light-touch freight, including unloading rolling carts and using a manual pallet jack

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a tractor-trailer on local delivery routes
Transport mail in accordance with DOT and safety standards
Complete required loading and unloading tasks using rolling carts and a manual pallet jack
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Meet the physical demands of the position

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
