Operation Manager

Job Description

Supervise and manage staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure that all bowling lanes, machines, and equipment are in good working condition.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
Plan and coordinate events, leagues, and promotions to attract customers.
Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as necessary.
Ensure that the facility meets health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost attendance and revenue.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.
