You will report to the **Controller** and will have an **onsite** work structure in **Creedmoor, NC**.**To be considered for the Accounting Associate– (AP)** **opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:*** High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.* 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable .* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Proficiency in an ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.**As an Accounting Associate – (AP), you will:*** Support AP Lead with Emails* Assist with Processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.* Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.* Assist with payment processing (checks, ACH, wire transfers).* Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable files and records.* Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation.* Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues.**#LI-Onsite***EOE/Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran***Compensation Pay Range***Please click here to review Ontic's California Consumer Privacy Act policy.**Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
