Lead Controls and Automation Engineering Technician - Manufacturing

Marvin

Marvin is seeking a Controls & Automation Team Lead to guide a small team supporting our advanced manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you will design, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks to keep production equipment safe, reliable, and efficient. You’ll lead automation projects from concept through startup, mentor technicians and engineers, and partner with maintenance and production to reduce downtime and improve quality.
