You will lead the clinical team, support CNAs and LPNs, and play a key role in maintaining a safe and compassionate environment.### **Key Responsibilities*** Provide and supervise **direct patient care** in accordance with care plans* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed* Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members* Lead and support nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies* Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment###### **Qualifications*** Graduate of an accredited **Registered Nursing (RN) program*** Active, unencumbered **RN license in South Carolina (required)*** **CPR certification required*** **2+ years of nursing experience preferred**, ideally in long-term care or rehab* Knowledge of **PointClickCare (PCC)** preferred* Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills* Must remain in good standing with the State Board of NursingAt Linley Park, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a team that values your expertise, supports your growth, and appreciates the difference you make every day.We are an equal opportunity employer.
