Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year Lead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales, customer service, and product engagement Own and lead all daily retail operations Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives Requirements Must be 18 years or older 4+ years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior Store Manager experience Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function Hard Skills retail operations performance metrics inventory control asset protection shortage prevention Soft Skills team culture communication skills leadership feedback flexibility Certifications & Qualifications valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
