Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current and valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
Pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to create individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric needs
Commitment to maintaining up-to-date documentation and progress reports
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with varying abilities
Develop and implement targeted therapy programs based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student progress
Support inclusive instruction by providing resources and strategies to staff and parents
Track and document progress, adapting interventions as needed
Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development
