LPN Office Leader - Home Health & Care Coordination

Home Health Care 2000

Home Health Care 2000 is seeking an Office LPN in New Orleans, Louisiana, responsible for charting clinical staff and patient encounters during home visits or dictated assessments. This full-time role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing quality care. Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program and at least three years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
