Ability to read work instructions, follow safety procedures, and accurately measure materials. Basic math skills and the ability to use hand tools and measuring devices. Willingness to learn entry-level carpentry and manufacturing processes.Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, construction, carpentry, truss building, or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Experience working with hand tools, power tools, or building materials is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.Preferred Qualifications Positive attitude with a "get it done" mindset. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to learn new skills quickly and follow directions effectively. Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety. Interest in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or building products.Physical Capabilities Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds periodically. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable working in an indoor manufacturing plant environment. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.Job Duties Build wall panels and roof trusses in a manufacturing production environment. Assist with the assembly and fabrication of construction components according to specifications. Learn and apply entry-level carpentry skills through on-the-job training. Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures. Participate in monthly safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment. Work closely with team members to complete projects from concept through final production. Inspect materials and finished products to help ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
