Close high-ticket real estate investment programs over the phone. Work with people who are already interested—no cold calling. THE REQUIREMENTS 2+ years B2C high-ticket phone sales. CRM proficiency. Proven track record with $3K+ programs. Self-motivated and ethical. THE REALITY Our current Directors average $100K-$150K. Top performers hit $129K+. You'll work evenings and weekends (2 out of 3), with calendar availability around 50 hours but actual work around 40 hours. Hours Your Schedule (MST) Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off. You’ll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week. You’ll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls. You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers. When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer.
