EVS Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated EVS Director to join our team at Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Scottsboro, AL. As a key member of our management team, the EVS Director will oversee the overall operation of our Environmental Services department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to the EVS team, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the department.
Quality Improvement: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control measures to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor EVS staff to provide excellent customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and promote a positive work environment.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 years preferred
