Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. \n
- Utilize therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) during sessions. \n
- Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions in a remote and/or in-person setting based on client preferences and needs. \n
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR) consistent with HIPAA regulations. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches. \n
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to refine therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices. \n
Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom may require culturally informed approaches. You will provide therapy centered around various life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. As a vital part of their therapeutic journey, you will help clients build resilience and develop effective coping strategies.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. \n
- An active, unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Arizona. \n
- Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills, to deliver bilingual psychotherapy services. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting, working with diverse clients. \n
- Demonstrated respect and sensitivity for each client's cultural and individual background. \n
- Ability to engage effectively with clients from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. \n

- Specialized training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR. \n
- Established area of specialization (e.g., trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, perinatal mental health). \n
- Previous experience providing telehealth services in a HIPAA-compliant manner. \n
The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, plus potential bonuses.
