Every route offers the opportunity to earn competitive pay, provide outstanding service, and be part of a team that's been moving America forward for more than 130 years./n Why Join McLane?/n /n /n - McLane drivers average $80,000 - 90,000+ annually. /n - Experienced drivers can earn $100,000+ per year. /n - Pay Structure: Hourly, Miles, Stops, and Cases. /n - Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. /n - Paid holidays, earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one. /n - 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. /n - Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! /n What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:/n As a McLane CDL-A Delivery Driver, you'll safely deliver products that keep America's restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores stocked and running every day./n /n /n - Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition. /n - Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery. /n - Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises. /n - Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions. /n - Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises. /n - Other duties as assigned. /n Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:/n /n /n - At least 21 years of age /n - Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) /n - At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience /n - Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications /n - This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
