Job Details
As an Intellectual Property Associate / Litigation Associate on our team, we are looking for:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to IL state bar
- Engineering or Computer Science Degree
- 1–3 years of litigation experience, ideally involving complex commercial or intellectual property disputes.
- Prior exposure to substantive litigation work, including legal research and writing, discovery, and deposition preparation.
- Patent litigation experience is preferred; exposure to trademark or trade secret litigation is also valuable.
- Willingness to work onsite in Chicago at least 3 days per week
