Power Platform Developer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Power Platform Developer for a position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to support the implementation of Securiti AI, a machine learning-driven product that scans enterprise data stores, classifies sensitive data, and ensures compliance with security and regulatory controls. This role focuses on building remediation workflows, integrating outputs from Security AI, and providing actionable reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Power Platform workflows to remediate data classification issues flagged by Security AI
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to identify actionable vs non-actionable data issues
• Integrate workflows that drive application reclassification, enforce security controls, or eliminate sensitive data where necessary
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions (Tableau/Power BI) to track remediation progress, queue metrics, and overall program effectiveness
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce data footprint, and enhance compliance posture
• Contribute to rapid development solutions supporting remediation at scale

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Proven experience developing workflows, automations, and custom apps in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with data classification, remediation workflows, or governance processes (preferred, but not required)
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
• Ability to collaborate across technology, security, and compliance teams in large organizations

Desired skills:

• Background in security, compliance, or data governance
• Experience with AI-driven or COTS security solutions

Pay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hour
