• 6 months of clerical experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Flexible day-to-day with the schedule
• Scan and audit orders brought to the weight machine by forklift operators.
• Verify that all product information and quantities are accurately recorded in the system.
• Ensure scanned data feeds correctly into the warehouse management system (wms).
• Identify and report any discrepancies or missing items to warehouse leadership.
• Maintain organized audit records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with forklift drivers, shipping, and inventory control teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Follow all warehouse safety and operational procedures.
