We move beyond vanity metrics, like social awareness and simple engagement, to deliver measurable financial accountability across the entire customer journey.As a result of our success, ShopYourLikes is seeking a Director, Creator Growth to lead the continued growth of high-performing creators on our platform.Creator growth is a core driver of our business. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and recruiting performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships.We are looking for a market-facing builder who understands the creator ecosystem and how creators monetize their audiences. The right candidate knows the platforms, communities, and events where creators gather and can build authentic relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.This is a sales-oriented leadership role responsible for building a pipeline of high-value creators, developing compelling offers to win their business, and positioning ShopYourLikes as the platform that helps creators maximize their earnings.The Director of Creator Acquisition will begin as a hands-on operator, directly recruiting creators and building relationships across the industry, while developing the strategy, infrastructure, and team needed to scale a high-performing creator acquisition engine over time.What Success Looks LikeHigh-performing creators joining ShopYourLikes who drive meaningful affiliate revenue and product sales.Growth in creators who treat commerce as a core part of their business.A strong pipeline of high-potential creators and a repeatable creator acquisition engine.Building up a high-performing creator community to support our growing sponsorship business.Soft Skills & Leadership TraitsHigh level of initiative and ownership; operates as a self-starter in a builder environmentStrong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value and influence decisionsAbility to earn trust quickly with creators and establish credibility in conversations about their businessResilient and persistent, with comfort managing long sales cycles and multiple touchpointsTechnical & Functional SkillsExperience using CRM or pipeline management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage outreach and track performanceData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics (GMV, conversion rates, earnings per creator)Familiarity with key creator platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LTK, ShopMy, Amazon Storefront, etc.)Ability to leverage data and tools to identify high-potential creators and prioritize outreachExperience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive outcomesRequirements8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerceProven sales and business development instincts, with experience closing partnerships and driving pipelineExperience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creatorsStrong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings modelsDeep understanding of the creator landscape, including the conferences, events, and meet ups that matter mostDemonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, and conversion trackingStrong relationship-building skills with both creators and internal leadership BenefitsVoted “Best Places to Work,” our culture is driven by self-starters, team players, and visionaries.
