Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule: 4 x 8 PMs, Shift Times: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

Required Certification: BLS
Target Start Date: 9/28/2026

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in accordance with established standards.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
Document patient progress and care provided in electronic medical records.
