Plant Reliability Technician — Heavy Manufacturing

Rate: $25.46/hour
Hours: Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

Your Impact
- Execute preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform hands-on repairs.
- Respond to breakdowns efficiently to restore production.
- Support special projects (welding, pneumatics, and related tasks).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and work instructions.
What You’ll Need
- Mechanical aptitude with practical experience strongly valued.
- Background in maintenance, auto repair, farming, or a similar field is helpful.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort working in hot and cold conditions.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
Compensation, Schedule, and Growth
- $25.46 per hour
- Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
