Duties Assist in structuring franchise programs and drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs). Conduct research and consult on franchise, supply, and distribution contracts. Resolve franchise, supply, and distribution relationship disputes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international transactions. Requirements 3+ years of experience in franchise and distribution law. Experience with global supply chain contracting. Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a law firm or similar environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills Excellent academic credentials.
