Position Summary

As a Unit Manager (LPN) you will oversee clinical operations for your assigned unit ensuring residents receive high-quality consistent care. You will lead nursing staff coordinate care and serve as a key resource for residents families and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) on assigned unit

• Ensure delivery of high-quality resident-centered care

• Coordinate care planning admissions and discharges

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

• Ensure adherence to state federal and facility regulations

• Serve as a leader and mentor promoting teamwork and accountability

• Assist with coverage for call-outs as needed

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)

• Prior nursing experience required (not open to new graduates)

• Current CPR certification required

• Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
