Description: The RN Labor and Delivery nurse will provide care for women during labor and delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring fetal heart rates and maternal well-being. The nurse will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe delivery. Strong assessment skills are required to recognize and respond to complications. The position requires effective communication with patients and families. The nurse must demonstrate compassion and support during the birthing process.
