Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service/Order Entry specialist to join a growing manufacturing organization. This permanent position supports customers and internal teams by managing part quotations, entering orders, and helping maintain reliable after-market product availability. The role is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing customer communication, purchasing coordination, and administrative accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Utilize SAP software to prepare accurate and detailed quotes for after-market parts.
Collaborate with suppliers to determine lead times and ensure timely delivery of parts.
Work closely with procurement teams in US and Europe to optimize inventory and meet customer demands.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Field customer inquiries.

• Experience in customer service, order processing, purchasing, or a related operational support role.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling quotations, order entry, and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with purchasing workflows, inventory coordination, and supplier lead time management.
• Proficiency with ERP software, SAP a huge plus!
