$60,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Work with exclusive, high-intent leads —no cold calling or door knocking required.
• Meet with clients by phone or virtually to assess their needs and recommend the right life insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through a simple, stress-free application process.
• Follow a proven sales system with comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
• Manage your own schedule, sales pipeline, and income potential while working independently.
• Help families protect their financial future while building a rewarding, performance-driven career.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients over the phone or virtually.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently, while staying motivated.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Willingness to obtain a state insurance license, with support and guidance provided by us.
