Responsibilities Be a Team Member : Maintains up-to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams; educates associates; communicates effectively with team; flexible to business needs. Be an Expert : Prepares food per item specifications; plans future productions; ensures food safety, sanitation, cold chain, inventory; operates & sanitizes equipment; demonstrates product and layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience; uses handheld technology for production decisions; trains others; adapts to new tools. Be an Owner : Drives area performance; stocks & rotates merchandise; ensures quality & date control; eliminates waste; provides member service; resolves member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Acts as a brand advocate; supports, inspires teammates; trains others. Complies with company policies, procedures, ethics; uses Open Door Policy. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers; identifies priorities; delivers tasks; communicates progress; suggests improvements. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Food Safety Certification. Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
