Personal Lines Account Manager / CSR
Location: Burlington, NJ
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 + Full Benefits

A well-established independent insurance agency in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager or CSR to join their growing team. This role involves servicing an existing book of personal lines accounts and delivering top-tier service to clients.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate to enhance coverage and client protection. You’ll work closely with producers to manage renewals, respond to client inquiries, and ensure seamless service from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a portfolio of personal lines accounts (home, auto, boat, umbrella, etc.)

• Provide timely responses to client requests regarding coverage, policy changes, and billing

• Identify bundling and upsell opportunities to improve client protection and satisfaction

• Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, binders, and new claims

• Market and quote new business and account renewals using carrier rating tools

• Serve as a liaison between clients, producers, and insurance carriers

Qualifications:

• Active NJ Property & Casualty license (required)

• 3–5 years of personal lines experience in an independent agency setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and industry software

• Prior experience with Applied TAM, EPIC, or AMS360 is strongly preferred

• Familiarity with high-net-worth clients is a plus
